PROCESSING AND PACKAGING
Once we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you to say thanks and acknowledging receipt of your order. Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you with a delivery time estimate.
If the value of your item is more than NZ$250 and sent within New Zealand, the tracking number for your order will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
You can then track your order at www.nzpost.co.nz/track.
We will process your order as soon as possible. To minimise wastage, many of our garments are made to order.
We aim to have all orders made, processed and sent within 48 hours of receipt of the order; however, if the order is placed on a weekend day or New Zealand public holiday the process will begin the next business day.
To ensure that you get the best international shipping rates possible, we use Courier Post to send orders within New Zealand and New Zealand Post International Courier (and New Zealand Post International Express Courier) to send all orders to international destinations. Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Delivery times will vary depending on your place of delivery however the standard delivery time for domestic deliveries to the South Island is 2-7 working days and deliveries to the North Island is 1-5 working days.
International delivery times vary depending on the country, however delivery time is usually between 5-12 working days; however, this does not include the time for customs which is beyond our control.
JANELLE HINCH has no control over any customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. JANELLE HINCH will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. If there are any charges, you will be responsible for their payment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to ensure the perfect fit. If you have any queries or would like to submit your measurements for custom fit clothing, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you do purchase something and upon receiving it find the size isn’t exactly right, you can return it for another size or exchange it for something else in our collection. We are happy to exchange your order within 14 days of your receipt. It may not be possible for Sale items to be returned or exchanged because they are likely to be the last of their kind.
